Premièrement on arrive la dame demande du quotient de 100 dollars et elle dit que demain matin le manager va vérifier la chambre qui a pas eu de dégâts en rendant dans la chambre des droits en ligne il y avait aussi des tâches on est redescendu non c'était il y a personne tout est fermée dimanche matin il y avait personne quand on est parti aussi donc le service n'était pas là du tout

Very accommodating hosts , Dave & Ruta. Delicious 2 course breakfast.Room was clean, very comfortable and great amenities. Hosts were very helpful regarding dining and touring ideas. Highly recommend

Staff were very unhelpful. There was rust and mold in the bathroom. The waterpark area concessions were understaffed and we couldn’t get drinks. Did not get any vibes like they wanted us there at all.

I initially chose this because of its location Main Street where everything is happening with local businesses. It definitely served that purpose. The positives about the room was the bed was extremely comfortable, the bedding and towels were clean. The negatives for me were the Hot tub in room was not maintained and didn’t work properly, the shower was bit a drizzle when in use, the door did not adequately secure and the top lock latch mechanism was not there. The Hotel is extremely old, and the room was clean but just looked like it could need simple facelifts. If I would return to the same area in the future I would shop around more on nearby areas I could stay.
